This holiday Helen and I have decided to well
ACTUALLY keep to our diet plan for once...
Anywho we made up a contract and if one fails to do each of the following then they will recieve a
sevre punishment decided upon by the group.
1. Exercise for a minimum of 45minutes for 5 days a week.
2. Only consume water or tea.
3. Consume at least 2 pieces of fruit everyday and a serving of veggies.
4. Consume 2L of water everyday.
5. Junk food is only allowed on the weekends.
6. No eating after 7pm
7. No more that 2 snacks a day.
8. Sleep for at least 9hrs a day.
9. Take one walk around the block eachday.
10. Eat slowly, and if you are still hungary wait for another 20 minutes before consuming anything else.
11. Record your weight everyday.
12. Wash and cleanse at least twice a day.
13. Consume at least one serving of dairy.
Hahaha some of these rules SHOULD already be apart of our normal eating plan but hey we're young and free teenagers :)
